CINZ Event Planners' Guide 

The New Zealand Event Planners' Guide (CINZ Planner) is distributed annually to conference, meeting and incentive buyers, and contains detailed information on New Zealand conference venues and services.  The Planner is widely recognised as the industry “Bible” for meeting planners in New Zealand and overseas.

CINZ Australian Office

CINZ has a Sydney based Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager who are available to assist Australian based meeting planners with any information about CINZ member products and services available in New Zealand. The CINZ Australia team works in association with Tourism New Zealand to promote New Zealand as a leading conference and incentive travel destination to the Australian market.


MEETINGS, hosted by CINZ and offered referred to as "the jewel in the CINZ crown" is New Zealand’s only annual national business tourism event for the conference, meetings, events and incentive travel industry. This highly acclaimed two-day trade show brings together buyers and sellers of conference and New Zealand incentive travel products and services to grow mutual business opportunities and share knowledge and ideas. The event is held annually and welcomes over 180 exhibiting companies. CINZ Annual Conference

The CINZ Annual Conference and AGM, hosted by CINZ is the only opportunity in a busy calendar year to get together. International Tradeshow Co-Ordination

CINZ organises New Zealand’s attendance at AIME, the largest convention and incentive tradeshow in Australasia held in Melbourne every year. Participation on the New Zealand stand is restricted to CINZ Platinum and Gold Members only.


CINZ has regular input into many New Zealand and overseas publications and has an on-going programme for the dissemination of information relating to the New Zealand conference and convention industry.
