Having worked within Randstad for almost nine years, Mr Keegan has most recently been responsible for product management and new product development across Randstad Asia Pacific in his capacity as Director of Business Concept Development. Brien has held a variety of roles at Randstad across Australia, Canada and New Zealand, as well as Hong Kong, where he grew the team from 13 to 50 members as Director of Randstad Hong Kong.

Today, Brien is here to talk to us about Career Development, some insider tips on how to grow your career and his experience leading a multi-generational workforce.

A conversation with Brien Keegan - Brien was the 2016 recruitment industry leader of the year and is currently Country Manager for recruitment and HR specialist Ranstad. He is, shock horror, generation Y!

Brien will speak to us candidly about his experience in managing different generations, building a diverse workforce and share some of the war stories he has picked up along the way, but also share with us, why he is passionate about leading teams.

Brien has 13 years in the recruitment industry and has worked in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and is currently the country leader for Randstad here in NZ. Yes, he is based in Auckland, but don't worry he is a massive 'Canes fan and is proudly from the Naki.
