The session will also explore how to sell the vision of what your work place can offer to customers, and tips that can boost your chance of that getting the sale.

James will also touch on how to work more collaboratively in Wellington and feed off others so to offer Wellington and your fellow colleagues, venues and services to find the best fit for your clients.

James Bennie is the Managing Director of HospoTrain, a company that provides hospitality training and consultancy to the hospitality industry. Specialising in Training and Development, Customer Experience, Liquor Licensing and Mystery Dining.

Due to his experience, personality and knowledge of the industry, James is a leader in his field and regularly speaks at events. James is a Board Trustee for the Wellington Culinary Events Trust, which overseas events such as Visa Wellington on a Plate and Beervana. He is also on the Industry Advisory Board for Le Cordon Blu New Zealand and is the 2017 Wellington Hospitality Professional of the year.
