The key to (truly) becoming "customer-centric" with sales

Monday 18th June 2018
Mac's Function Centre
16.00 - 18.00

At this Emerging Talent event, James Bennie will be discussing strategies and tips around how to become more customer-centric, and how to think through the eyes of the customer, what they want, expect, and in what time frame. The session will also explore how to sell the vision of what your work place can offer to customers, and tips that can boost your chance of that getting the sale.

James will also touch on how to work more collaboratively in Wellington and feed off others so to offer Wellington and your fellow colleagues, venues and services to find the best fit for your clients.
