Ed Burak is the GM Experience Design for Ngāi Tahu Tourism. Previously Head of Design for Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) for 8 years Ed is highly experience in field research for the purposes of extracting customer and business insights for the purposes of creating great customer experiences. With a formal background in Industrial Design Ed is a champion of applying design led process and behaviours to products, experiences, services and cultures. 

Examples of projects that Ed has been closely involved with recently include the Dark Sky Project in Takapō, the redesign of the entire 4WD fleet for Britz Australia and the upcoming All Blacks Experience due to open 2020 in Auckland.
