Kim has more than 30 years' experience across the hotel, adventure tourism, conference and destination management industries. She enjoys transforming strategic plans into workable solutions and benchmarks performance against key operational targets and goals. She strives to deliver optimal results in high-growth environments through initiatives that exceed operational performance targets and yield measurable outcomes. When time permits she enjoys taking to the great outdoors on foot or on her mountain bike.
