Tracey Thomas is a Director of Conference Innovators, one of New Zealand's leading and longest-standing Professional Conference Organisers (PCOs). Providing full-service management of conferences and events throughout New Zealand and Australia, Conference Innovators specialises in the delivery of national and international association meetings for a range of clients across the medical, scientific, legal and government sectors.

As a strong contributor to the tourism and events sector for more than 30 years, Tracey has always taken an active role in tourism and convention industry organisations and is currently a Board Member of CINZ.
