Alison Smith has been involved with tourism and hospitality her whole working life and for the last 23 years has held the position of Director of Sales, Conference & Incentives, New Zealand and Australia for the owner operator Millennium Hotels and Resorts.

Prior to working in sales, she was at the coalface of operation and in management with a number of hotel chains. Alison has built solid long lasting business relationships with suppliers and clients both nationally and internationally across a number of markets in Business tourism: Incentive, Association, Corporate meeting and Professional Conference Managers companies.
