Where to Find Us
Central Otago is New Zealand’s most inland region, located in the southern half of the South Island. The regions two largest urban centres are Cromwell and Alexandra. Queenstown international airport is just a 45 minute drive to the west of Cromwell and Dunedin airport a 2 hour drive to the east of Alexandra meaning the region is easily accessed by air and by road.
Experience true solitude and get close to nature in an inspiring and timeless land. First time visitors are silenced and energised by this tumble of mountain, river, rock and tussock. See the grandeur of breath-taking vistas and be moved by their surging natural power. Central Otago’s clear light brings mountains within an arm’s reach and displays a star-studded night sky. It is a place of extraordinary contrasts and colours, our own middle earth. Bask in the glory of the summer; kick back in the autumn golden glow; hunker down under the blanket of winter; and recharge the body and mind in the flourish of spring growth.
