Keiran is currently Managing Director of The Headwaters - a collection of tourism and hospitality businesses situated in scenic Glenorchy at the head of Queenstown's Lake Wakatipu. 

The Headwaters includes the recently opened eco retreat Camp Glenorchy one of the world's first visitor accommodations built to the highest global environmental and sustainability standard - The Living Build Challenge. 

Camp Glenorchy was recently included in Times Magazines - "100 Greatest's Places of 2019" and the recent recipient of both a Pure NZ Experience Award and TIA Sustainability Award. Camp Glenorchy operates as a living laboratory for sustainable innovation creating a blueprint for sustainable tourism operations. 

Headwaters is the brainchild of US based philanthropists Paul and Debbi Brainerd and is aligned with their philanthropic principles with 100% of profits being returned to the local community through the Glenorchy Community Trust. Keiran is an active member of the trusts board acting and Secretary and in support of the local Glenorchy community. 

He joined Headwaters in January 2019 having spent his career until then in the hospitality and tourism industry in Auckland and London. He and his wife Sarah are privileged to now call Glenorchy home.
